Two main awards for events
The events industry has changed quite a lot in the past few years, with the EUBEA and Eventex awards showcasing these changes year after year. But one has to wonder, how does the industry fare at this particular time? The short answer is that the events industry is changing at a very rapid pace.
Nowadays, event organizers are more focused on maximizing the potential without having to invest more. In fact, the event budgets worldwide seem to be stagnating without that much of a raise from year to year. When it comes to trends, the events industry seems to have more focus on a better attendee engagement with creative approaches and participant matchmaking.
Social media and other streamlined tools such as mobile apps are also used to make people come to the event. However, another trend seems to be a major focus on security which seems to get better and better each year. The bespoke event locations are also very hot right now, a testament to how important a location can be for event organizers and guests as well.
With the EUBEA and Eventex festivals coming in soon to showcase the growth and changes in the events industry, we decided to take a look back at some of the previous winners for these great festivals. This can be a great insight into the festivals ahead.
